This free series will showcase speakers who have pulled from their background and experience to better serve their community through their unique perspective on design. \nThis is the first lecture of the series and offers 1 AIA LU. \nFeaturing Teri Canada\, AIA\nArchitect\, Co-Founder\, Managing Principal\nEVOKE Studio Architecture \nFor over 20 years\, Teri has thoughtfully and efficiently guided award-winning projects from pre-design through construction administration. After graduating from North Carolina State University\, she became one of the first five African American women to become a registered architect in the state of North Carolina. As a founding Principal and Project Manager at EVOKE\, she carefully guides key stakeholders through the development of projects for their communities by crafting a unique design process for each of her clients.
