Guided Tour: Del Ray Passive House

Join us for a guided tour of a single family, net-positive Passive House in Del Ray, Alexandria. This project consists of multiple energy efficient features and expects to be certified under PHIUS (Passive House Institute of the US). Construction will be complete December 2023. Come see the inner workings of what makes a Passive House. There are a few timeslots to choose from during registration.

Participation is limited to those 18 years of age or older.
