Session Description

Together we will walk through the challenges we face when coordinating models from each discipline and discuss how we could improve this process. We will address considerations for each discipline’s unique BIM goals and strategize what we each could do differently to improve the workflows for one another. This is a great opportunity to develop BIM management skills to implement BIM in any type of AEC firm on any type of project. Lastly, we will look at new BIM technologies and assess if the solutions they provide outweigh the cost of implementing the product.
