YAFCON 2020: The Empathic Architect

YAF CON 2020: The Empathic Architect convenes a series of engaging conversations about designing with empathy and practicing with intentionality. Join your fellow emerging professionals the week of Oct. 26–Oct. 30 for a daily series of peer-led discussions over lunch and presentations by purposeful — sometimes unconventional — leaders each evening.

In a continuation of the dialogue from 2019’s Architect of the New Era, we’ve invited driven, purposeful leaders who have taken a human-focused approach to their work, their careers, and their firms.

Tisk, Tisk, You Forgot To De-Risk

Key De-Risking Retirement Planning Strategies & Tools For Architects and Architectural Firm Owners To Help Ensure They and Their Families Have Enough For Future Retirement Days.

This timely webinar presentation will specifically address the most critical and unique risk threats that architects and architectural firm owners face in successfully building and managing both individual and firm-related retirement plans that will ultimately be able to provide enough retirement assets and income to last throughout the rest of their and their family’s lifetime.

The webinar will include relevant historical evidence, case studies and solution-based strategies and tools that Architects and Architectural Firm Owners can use to “de-risk” their individual and firm practice-based retirement plans, including ways to ensure that they and their family never outlive their money and how to analyze and validate that their current retirement investment portfolio’s assets and market risk exposure accurately matches their personal and firm-based risk tolerance intended profiles.

Equally important, the discussion will cover and reveal the negative impact that taxes can have on an Architect and Architectural Firm Owner’s future retirement nest egg and income and how to avoid this by integrating a forward planning, proactive retirement planning tax strategy that includes performing a tax reduction analysis and utilizing the current tax code and its most recent changes to their advantage to eliminate and reduce unnecessary, future tax exposure.
