Equity in This Moment: Becoming an Ally

Equity is at the forefront of our national narrative. We look at equity within the field of architecture with questions that relate to pay and hiring, but also as an opportunity.

With that in mind and to support our commitment to equity, health, and wellbeing, we will host a virtual session providing an opportunity to learn about identity-based inequities, to discuss their impacts, and to explore what we each can do to combat oppression and injustice.

This is a 90-minute interactive session that will take a deep dive into equity issues. Attendees will gain greater understanding of, and tools to address, these issues. The session will include an overview, whole group reflections, breakout sessions, and a closing dialog.
