The primary authors are architects and faculty Marcia F. Feuerstein at Virginia Tech’s Washington-Alexandria Architecture Center, Paola Zellner Bassett in the School of Architecture + Design also of Virginia Tech, and Jodi La Coe in the School of Architecture at Marywood University.
